Kav Motorsport have been established since 1985 and have been developing the R53 BMW mini super charger Pulleys from 2005.
They provide a cost effective bolt on power increase for the super charger pulley increasing the speed at which the charger is spun, increasing torque and power throughout the rev range. This is where most minis need it most.
We can now offer a wide range of colour options to help enhance ANY engine bay and fit with a wider range of engine bay colour schemes.
Once you have purchased a pulley you can quickly and easily replace the size of reduction required with out having to buy another complete assembly.
This could be particularly useful if you wish to do track days and fancy a greater reduction in size for more boost.
Reducing the size of your chargers pulley with improve your horse power and the rate at which your charger picks up helping improve acceleration and throttle response..
The Pulleys come powder Coated for a durable finish and are inspected under strict accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
Please Note: We strongly recommend that you change the spark plugs to colder iridium plugs due to the slightly higher operating temperatures created when running a reduced size pulley. Please see our High Performance DENSO plug range.
