When you lower your mini the length of the driveshafts becomes too short to
be in the correct position as they were prior to lowering.
KAV'S have developed a simple solution which cancels out this problem in our beloved MINI’S. With this small modification you can expand the length of the driveshafts to fit the new setting. Available for both R53 and R56. If you have a vibration after installing lower springs or coil overs to your car, this little innovation will help to resolve this. This mods improve the effect in more then
90% of cases.
Simply remove the driveshafts from the outer wheel hub, slide on the washers with the chamfered side of the washer so that it faces in over and the flat side fit's the face of the hub.
