The Pipercross Induction kit for the Bmw mini R50 and R52 ( One and cooper including the one D ) will provide your mini with much better throttle response and power as it allows a greater volume of air to be mixed with the fuel allowing you to accelerate much quicker when compared to the stock OEM air box which is restrictive as it only allows a certain volume of air through at anyone time.
Pipercross use a foam filter unlike the stock filter which is paper. The foam material allows a much higher volume of air to pass through but filters any dust and debris out of the intake system.
The induction kit will give your mini a much deeper sound when accelerating hard. Its a simple bolt on mod that is easy to fit and install.
