KAV Motorsport have been established since 1985 and have been developing the R53 BMW mini super charger Pulleys from 2005.
They provide a cost effective power increase for the super charger increasing the speed at which it is spun resulting in much more torque especially lower down the rev range where it is needed to most.
Once you have purchased a pulley you can quickly and easily replace the size of reduction which you require with out having to buy another complete assembly. This could be useful if you wish to to track days and fancy a greater reduction in size.
Reducing the size of your chargers pulley with improve your horse power and the rate at which your charger picks up helping improve acceleration.
The Pulleys come powder Coated for a durable finish and are inspected under strict accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
Please Note: We strongly recommend that you change the spark plugs to colder iridium plugs due to the slightly higher operating temperatures created when running a reduced size pulley. Please see our High Performance DENSO plug range.
