Forge have spent a considerable amount of time developing what can only be described as one of the best intercoolers on the market for the New F56 Cooper S. It has taken them some time to develop the performance upgrade but it has been time well spent.
Cast end tanks offer superior strength along with much larger internal volume over the standard OEM intercooler. Choosing a larger performance intercooler allows much more efficient cooling resulting in better throttle response, acceleration and performance. BHP figures can be easily increased through superior cooling for the air fuel mixture.
The intercooler is easy to fit and does not require any cutting or body work alterations to get it to fit.
