The Crower Nitrostick NS1 cam shaft for the BMW mini has been designed to simply bolt in and provide a considerable increase in BHP to any generation one mini. For the R50 mini one drivers it allows the engine to become far more responsive and pick up much better through out the rev range.
The same can be expected for the R52 mini cooper and the R53 mini cooper S, with the cooper S having the added advantage of the super charger to provide that added kick. The NS1 camshaft has been designed to run in all three models with out the need for a re-map, tune up. However as we all know if you really do want the VERY best out of your mini in terms of power and precise running then you would benefit even more from a tune up/ re map.
The NS1 is guarantee to provide your generation one mini with more thrust and power when pulling out of those corners and enhance the capability of the BMW mini engine regardless of which model you may own.
